WHAT WE DO

Welcome to Makers Haven, your local high fantasy arts space! Here, we teach practical design and fabrication skills within the creative framework of world building. Participants translate their ideas into designs and then into real world costumes and props, learning valuable vocational techniques to further their endeavours in the creative arts.

Every week, we world-build our high fantasy world through conversation, collaboration and dreaming, then we work out how to bring those ideas to life.  We provide a space for participants to find and explore their artistic practice while gathering everything necessary to work in their chosen creative field.

Our programs are particularly tailored to support neurodiverse individuals, providing a collaborative environment for creative exploration, skill building and connecting with community but all are welcome. Reach out via our contact page if you’re interested in dreaming with us.
